Shipping of your package

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Colissimo with tracking and drop-off without signature. They are sent via Colissimo for France and/or Dhl for other countries with a tracking number and delivered without signature.
 
Shipping fees include preparation and packing fees as well as postage costs. Preparation fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the country of destination. We recommend that you combine all your items into one order. We cannot combine two separately placed orders and shipping charges apply to each.

Box sizes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges do not include any customs taxes that may be charged upon delivery. Please inquire about import taxes in your country.

CONDITIONS

- Returns are possible up to 15 working days after receipt of the items by the customer.
- Returns are accepted only for unworn, unwashed and undamaged products. Items must be returned in their packaging with their label.
- Refunds are then made within 14 days of receipt of the items in our stores.
